- reputation or risk indicators (if introduced in the future).
Free-text complaint comments are not publicly visible and are accessible only to administrators and moderators.

- compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Our legitimate interest includes helping users identify and prevent fraudulent or harmful phone-related activity.
6. Moderation and Publication
All submitted complaints may be reviewed by moderators before publication or aggregation.
Sargly currently publishes only aggregated information, including:
- complaint counts,
- scam categories,
- partial phone number information.
User-submitted free-text comments are not publicly displayed.
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or moderate submissions that violate applicable laws or platform rules.
7. Data Retention
Sargly currently retains submitted reports and related operational data indefinitely, unless deletion is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Retention periods may be updated in the future as the platform evolves.
